Why isn't Biden Supporting the Haitian Military in the Fight against Gangs?

Why is Biden refusing to allow the Haitian government to involve the army(FADH) in the fighting against US armed terrorists [gangs in Haiti]? Biden and all recent US democrat presidents are executing the FDR policy “to keep these Black French-speaking people always divided and fighting each order''. If any US president seriously wants to help Haiti then let the people choose their leader.

Take off the handcuffs.How can the world ever believe that Biden is fighting the territory integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, the former satellite State of Russia? What about Haiti's sovereignty or territorial integrity? Biden is very mean and racist .All he wants is to bring the US soldiers back to the country. As long as the racist and evil arab/jew mafiosi are making money from the chaos,the US are not willing to allow the Haitian military and police to defend the people.The people do not want nor need anymore foreign soldiers in the country,the people can defend themselves.

The double standards and hypocrisy of US government policies towards the suffering people of Haiti are equating,crimes against humanity.US have created all the chaos in mayhem for the past 29 years.US have refused to let the people to choose,their own leaders.It seems,so obviously that,US State Department,have a deep seated hate the Haitian people,since the fall of the Duvalier dynasties,37 years ago,every single politician leader,have been brought and controlled by US govt. and them,their little puppet slaves,any political leader that is defending the interest of the majority,US is always against them.

The sole objective of US in Haiti,is to protect the commercial interests of those racist arab/jew mafiosi that are in full control of Haitian economy activities .bill clinton and the corrupt democratic party ,have created and maintained an ''apartheid economy'' in Haiti.US government should let the people chose their own leader.US have blatantly chosen a defacto pm who was never confirmed by the Haitian parliament,this man is the chief leader of most of those that are terrorizing the people.Insecurity is very profitable to the 5% arab/jew big mafiosie.US have becoming a malignant cancer into that Black country that US do not want to be democratized.
